S.R.L. “HELIOS SYSTEMS” (“Company”) provides access to www.dis-app.com and the Google extension for dispatchers (“Service”) under these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. All logos, design elements, and trademarks belong to the Company and are protected by law. The Service is provided under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Users must create an account on www.dis-app.com and are responsible for their credentials.
The Service is intended for car hauling dispatch operations only. Illegal or abusive use is prohibited.
Access is provided by subscription ($25/month). Payments are processed online via integrated systems. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Subscription Activation: After payment, the subscription is activated within 1 hour. By completing payment, you agree that the service is considered delivered once access is activated. Refunds within 14 days after activation are not available. Payments for an already started billing period are non-refundable, except in confirmed technical or payment errors, which will be refunded within 5 business days.
The Company undertakes to provide the Service in working condition and to offer support to users. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from the user’s improper use of the Service. The Company has the right to make changes to the functionality of the Service and to suspend access for technical maintenance.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service 24/7. The Service is provided “as is” without additional warranties. Users make their own decisions based on the information from the Service and bear responsibility for them.

Users may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account. The Company may block or delete an account if the Terms of Service are violated.
