The free trial period does not require payment and no charges are made.
Subscriptions are billed monthly: payment is automatically charged on the same day each month as the original subscription date. For example, if you subscribed on April 5, the next payment will be on May 5, then June 5, and so on.
To stop the subscription, click “Cancel Subscription” in your account dashboard.
Payments for an already active period are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or payment issues. Once an error is confirmed, refunds will be issued within 5 business days.
