HELIOS SYSTEMS S.R.L. (hereinafter — “Company”) respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting their personal data when using the website www.dis-app.com and the Google extension for Clients.
The Company collects the following data: first and last name, email address, login and password for access to the website and extension, subscription and payment transaction data, as well as information about user actions within the extension (use of filters, quick buttons, creating notes, etc.).
Collected data is used for user authentication and identification, providing access to paid features and subscription services, technical support, analyzing the extension’s performance, improving functionality, ensuring transaction security, and preventing fraud.
The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the processing of personal data of the Republic of Moldova.
All data is stored on secure servers using SSL/TLS encryption. Access is granted only to authorized Company employees. The Company takes all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.
Users have the right to access their data, correct or update inaccurate information, opt out of using their data for certain purposes (e.g., marketing communications), and request deletion of their data. Personal data may be shared with Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, only as necessary to process payments, subscriptions, renewals, refunds, fraud prevention, tax compliance, transaction support, and other payment-related obligations. All third parties involved in payment processing are required to protect personal data according to applicable privacy and security requirements.
Personal data is stored for the duration of the subscription; after the subscription ends or at the user’s request, data may be deleted according to the Company’s internal policy.
Payments, subscriptions, renewals, and refunds are processed securely by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
