These Terms govern access to and use of our car hauling dispatch software. HELIOS SYSTEMS S.R.L. (“Company”) provides access to www.dis-app.com and the Google extension for dispatchers (“Service”) under these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. All logos, design elements, and trademarks belong to the Company and are protected by law. The Service is provided under the laws of the Republic of Moldova.
Users must create an account on www.dis-app.com and are responsible for their credentials.
The Service is intended for car hauling dispatch operations only. Illegal or abusive use is prohibited.
Access is provided through monthly or annual subscription plans at the prices displayed on the website and during checkout. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases and processes subscription payments. Subscriptions automatically renew for a period equal to the initial subscription term until canceled. Every transaction, including the initial purchase and each subscription renewal, is eligible for a full refund when requested within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.
Refund requests must be submitted through the Paddle buyer portal or through the link in the Paddle transaction confirmation email. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Company undertakes to provide the Service in working condition and to offer support to users. The Company is not responsible for any losses resulting from the user’s improper use of the Service. The Company has the right to make changes to the functionality of the Service and to suspend access for technical maintenance.
The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service 24/7. The Service is provided “as is” without additional warranties. Users make their own decisions based on the information from the Service and bear responsibility for them.
All rights to the website www.dis-app.com , the Google extension, software, logos, design, and graphics belong to HELIOS SYSTEMS S.R.L. Users are not allowed to copy, distribute, or modify the Service without the Company’s written consent.
Users may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account. The Company may block or delete an account if the Terms of Service are violated.
The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on www.dis-app.com. www.dis-app.com .
