Refund Policy

Our refund terms are designed to be clear and fair for operational teams.

All purchases made through Paddle are eligible for a full refund when the refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

The 14-calendar-day refund window applies to every transaction, including the initial subscription purchase and each monthly or annual subscription renewal.

To request a refund, use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, or visit the Paddle buyer portal and select “Request refund”.

Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.
